Please fill out the class permission slip and return this form to the PTA mailbox attention “Class List Permission”. Please do this even if you do not want to be in the class list, there is an option to decline, but we need everyone's input! Class lists will be distributed only after the forms for the entire class are received.
Class parent lottery form for 2017/18 - DOC

If you would like your name to be included in the lottery for Class Parent selection, please complete this form and return it to the school. The Class Parent lottery will be held at the first PTA meeting of the school year, on Friday, September 15th at 9:30 am. A full set of instructions are provided in the document; please read them carefully before submitting the form.

Membership letter for 2017/18 - DOC
Join the Pasadena PTA and be involved in your child's education. Annual membership is only $8.00 per person (there are no family memberships)regardless of the number of children you have in Pasadena. Any one can join though... parents, grandparents, friends, and neighbors.
